Terms of Service

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Roku channel solely for digital signage at your authorized business locations. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. Accounts

To manage screens and configurations, you may create or be provided an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding access credentials associated with your account and devices.

3. Fees & Purchases

This Roku channel is offered free to install and use. We do not process in-app purchases or subscriptions through Roku Pay in this channel. If our business services include off-platform contracts or invoices, those are governed by separate written agreements.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any ads or materials you upload or display via the Services. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your content. You will not use the Services to display content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, pornographic, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or disable content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Service Changes & Availability

We strive to operate reliably but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or Roku platform.
• Attempting to bypass or defeat security or device management controls.
• Uploading malware or using the Services for fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Still Shot TV Ads and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred (100) U.S. dollars.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Still Shot TV Ads and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from (a) your content; (b) your use of the Services; or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Michigan state and federal courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
